She said: ‘I moved quickly and carried the cake and Liz into the residence, put the cake down on the desk and positioned Liz within the chair to send a photograph to my husband of the cake. ‘Liz wasn’t informed to observe the cake; she will be able to read, so she didn’t recognize what the cake said; we didn’t tell her what it said, and they don’t even recognize what a loser is. ‘She was looking at the cake when I took the image.’
Later in the night, Melin made an emergency experience and returned to Wal-Mart for any other, more suitable, cake.
Due to the comedian’s light-hearted nature of the mix-up, she decided not to flag the incident with the bakery. Melin brought: ‘It becomes a simple misunderstanding, and I didn’t need her [the employee] to get backlash from it.’ The hilarious occasion initially passed off again in September 2018.
